Fisher Entities is a family owned business founded in 1981 by Joseph Victor Fisher (Joe). Joe's first development was a seven-story apartment building in the Pittsburgh area named the Charlemagne Apartments.The success of the first building spawned the development of Charlemagne II, a four-building apartment complex. Residential development lead to commercial development and property acquisition, largely in the Daytona Beach area. For each asset Joe acquired an individual company (entity) was formed. Today Fisher Entities has in excess of 25 entities collectively owning approximately 563,987 square feet of commercial real estate and 549 Acres of vacant land. Fisher Entities continues to be a privately held company run by Joe’s children and grandchildren.
